You pay for each participant report—not for every person invited to provide feedback.

A participant can invite the relevant number of raters without creating an additional per-rater charge. The rate per report reduces as report volume increases.

From R1,450 per participant report

The rate reduces as report volume increases. Campaigns of 100 or more reports are quoted on request.

The minimum campaign size is 10 participant reports. Running a smaller group? Reach out for a quote.

How the pricing model works

The commercial unit is the participant report: the document and action-tracking workspace created for each leader in the campaign. Raters are invited because they have a view of that leader’s work. They are not billed as extra seats.

That matters when an executive needs peers, reports and a stakeholder, or when a manager cohort needs enough raters for the feedback to be useful. The organisation is not penalised for inviting the right people.

Volume-based pricing

As the number of participant reports increases, the rate per report reduces. This suits leadership academies, multi-cohort programmes and organisations that return to 360 work each year.

The published rates are shown in the table above. For campaigns of 100 or more reports, Pure Survey will quote against the campaign you describe.

Two routes, one pricing logic

Whether you are planning a confidential executive 360 or a leadership-development campaign, you still pay per participant report. The conversation with Pure Survey is about fit, languages and administration—not about buying extra rater licences.
