Each 360 report is carefully planned, and aims to assist the ratee to understand where they need to develop within the business.

 

What makes up the report?

 

An introduction section which deals with how the survey has been completed and what question areas were covered. A break down of the questions asked and what rating was given by each person involved. An analysis of the scores received and a break down of the strengths and weaknesses of the rated user.

INTRODUCTION

In the report introduction we include a graph image of how the person rated themselves for each question section, in contrast to how the person’s peers rated them. Understanding this will assist the manager and the rated person to know how they can move forward.

THE BREAKDOWN

The breakdown deals with the questions within the survey and looks at how the questions were answered by the raters and the ratee. The rating scale is generally from 1 – 5. Once a question section has been completed by all the surveyors, an average rating is generated. Survey participants are asked to be open and honest.

THE ANALYSIS

In the analysis of the survey we deal with the overall results and the strengths and weaknesses of the individual or the team being rated. We will generate the top 5 highest and lowest feedback areas within the report. We also generate feedback about strength areas, areas that need development and blind spots of the person being rated.
